$LLAMA staking

To encourage participants and long-term retention of $LLAMA tokens, the project team is launching a steaking programme with an initial pool of $100,000 $LLAMA. This staking programme includes a number of conditions and features aimed at increasing liquidity and maintaining the long-term interest of the community:

1. Initial award pool: $100,000LLAMA to be distributed amongst the steakers throughout the programme.

2. Programme timeline: There is no limit to the total steaking period.

3. Award allocation mechanism:

   • Base rewards will be distributed evenly over the 12 months of steaking. Participants will receive rewards for each locked token based on their share of the total pool.

   • Rewards from protocol revenue: 20% of protocol revenue will go towards token redemption and then added to the staking pool.

   • Additional rewards: Bonus accruals are provided to keep users active and increase the total annualised yield (APY). These will be allocated at the discretion of the team, in particular when annual revenue drops with a high number of steakers, and for marketing purposes.

4. Expected annualised yield (APY):

   • Annualised returns will depend on the number of participants and their shares in the total pool. For those who will actively participate throughout the period, annual returns of 20-50% are expected, taking into account both base and bonus awards.

5. Exiting the programme:

   • After the end of the lock-in period (25 days), users will be able to withdraw their tokens at any time. However, early withdrawal before the end of the programme may incur an early entry fee of 7%.

This staking programme is designed to attract and retain long-term investors and keep the $LLAMA ecosystem active through periodic bonuses and incentives.
