DAOLama Marketplace opens access to NFTs from 50% of the market value! Now you can buy the NFT you want by paying only a fraction of its price and borrow the remaining amount directly on the platform. Save money, buy easily and expand your collection without overpaying.

## Buying the NFT in instalments

{% hint style="info" %}
The seller receives the full amount at once for the NFT that was purchased in instalments. DAOLama compensates the balance.
{% endhint %}

## Pay a fraction of the cost

You can buy an NFT by paying only a fraction of its value. The NFT will be placed on a special smart collateral contract from which you can redeem, or put the NFT up for sale.

## Take the profits from the sale

Sell NFT during the lien and receive the profit on top of the residual payment, it will be credited instantly after the sale.

## Close the loan to take full possession of the NFT

To take full ownership of NFT, transfer the amount you borrowed plus the platform's fee, which is charged on a daily basis. You have the option to close the loan earlier to pay the reduced fee. If you don't repay the loan on time, NFT will go into a private auction.

{% hint style="warning" %}
If you do not pay the remaining debt amount by the end of the term, the NFT will be put up for auction. At the end of the auction, the funds earned (the last bid) are distributed as follows: the service returns the full amount of the debt, as well as the commission for the credits used, and the remaining funds go to the person who bought the NFT using the ‘Buy Now Pay Later’ function.
{% endhint %}
